I've chosen this fully equipped hotel for staying here with my children. The location was exceptionally nice to the shopping centre & supermarkets. And it was also close enough to the ski slope, the outlet mall and the town and the outlets.

The rooms were compact and neat with balcony. It was nice to find an electric kettle and a fridge. The location was exceptionally nice, a 10-15 minute walk from Minamigaoka Art Museum.

Popular hotel in a very convenient area close to a huge shopping area, the outlet mall, and the shopping malls. Well-maintained room with a view as expected. Lots of goodies for breakfast. Stunning and unbeatable location, at a medium distance from Seizan Golf Course.

Booked it for 2 days and had a very very good experience. Location: the hotel was close enough to the train station and ski locker and ski lift and magical Japanese nature. Popped in Bar for shots before sleep, it was a 10-15 minute walking distance from the venue.

Fine overall experience. Convenient casual hotel with separate bedrooms. Favourable and beautiful location to Kumoba Pond. Not far from Close to the shopping plaza, and the outlet and Shinkansen station. Good food for great breakfast.

Very good experience there. Well-equipped casual hotel, incredibly beautiful views, magnificent location in a huge park. New-fashioned and compact room with clean bathroom. Good facilities there. Location not far from convenience stores outside, the best and biggest shopping outlets and the Karuizawa outlet and train station.

We had an amazing time staying here! The hotel has a beautiful location directly on a small pond, giving us a peaceful and quiet feel in the midst of a busy town. The staff was excellent and provided great service, especially the housekeeping and front desk. We liked the shops and commercial services on site, which gave us options for buying anything we needed. The shuttle service proved handy in getting to the nearby places for sightseeing and entertainment. The free shuttle service offered by the hotel made our stay even more comfortable.

We recommend this venue to all.

Stayed here with my children and everything was perfect. The location was stunning - not far from Close to the shopping plaza and Japanese nature in summer time and the sprawling Prince shopping mall nearby. Went to Bar for drink or two, set just a short stroll away from the hotel. The service I got was good!

Separate rooms, great breakfast. Very very helpful, exceptionally welcoming staff towards all guests. Stunning and perfect location approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Seizan Golf Course. Set in a very convenient area right by train station and old towns, Outlets and food options, and shops.

I got beautifully maintained room with 3 single beds. The employees were exceptionally welcoming and hospitable.
